I look back on this day and still laugh at how awesome someone can change your life in the brief second of never knowing the journey ahead.

more confrontations with the past. maybe my hormones at the time made me think this was a good idea. hahaha

I am getting better at trusting myself with backgrounds. I couldn’t find a picture of the freshmen hallway where the art room is but I’ve been down that place a thousand times. I used to think that hallway was so dull with people just coming in and out of class. guess it isn’t so dull anymore now that I need just a key memory… God how I miss that place. The art room was my second home.
Plus, drawing friends isn’t easy. You want to get them right or you’re so critical for how they come out. I love how Kioshi turned out. Hope i can stay consistent.

Hey Readers!

It’s 2:04am. I’d like to thank my mom for providing me with the translation at about midnight while she was half asleep. I hope my grandmother has a safe trip back to the Philippines. And hope you enjoy the best parts of my family. This comic strip almost went untitled after the kind of work day I had today. But my pin sized head mustered something up. Hope all of you find this as funny as I did during this late late night or should I say early morn’?

You might have to break your neck and brain trying to piece together the crazy composition but it sums up my messy first day as a 23 year old. Ok, I lie.
