WHERE CHARACTERS GO AND WANDER

Green Machine Comix by Jean Marie Pilario

Love is my livelihood. Guam is my home and paradise. Right now I am trying to evolve in the Nevada desert as an artist dabbling in comics and dipping into the creative craft think tank called Hungry Creators. I wrestle with the themes that everyday life presents and mostly find laughter among the tears at the age of 24. Come to my website every Wednesday and explore more about me.

it took me so long to try and piece together something that happened 7 years ago to my best friend mari. of course, i don’t remember the details and have been texting my busy friends in guam for the exact details. thanks leigh for picking up despite the time difference and your busy work schedule!
all in all, i love this story. i’m not promoting that my friend mari was prettier with straighter hair even if my poor depiction might give you that impression. i’ll never forget how we her friends gave birth to a heartthrob. that in this moment she saw herself beyond her hair and braces, while finding that she was in fact always beautiful.
and boy, did people start chasing her.
happy birthday mari!
p.s. i don’t know how i was able to come up with that money. lol
